Position Overview As an
Outside Solar Sales Consultant , you’ll be the face of Freedom Pros — helping homeowners understand how solar power can save money, increase home value, and contribute to a cleaner planet. You’ll generate new business through door-to-door outreach, community engagement, and referrals. Experienced Consultants will guide customers through the consultation and closing process.
Responsibilities
Actively engage with homeowners through outside sales and community outreach
Educate potential customers about solar energy and Freedom Forever’s installation process
Generate and qualify new leads through canvassing, community outreach, and referrals.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to installation
Stay up to date on training and product knowledge to improve sales performance
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in
direct sales, solar, pest control, home improvement, or similar fields
preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive, coachable, goal-driven mindset with a desire to excel
Comfortable working outdoors and engaging face-to-face with customers
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to grow Familiarity with CRM systems or digital sales tools is a plus
