We’re a high-performance manufacturing company in Santa Ana, CA, seeking a Project Manager to oversee production scheduling, coordinate outside processing, and ensure seamless workflow across departments. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving, organizing complex production activities, and driving on-time delivery.

You’ll work closely with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure projects move efficiently through every stage — from order entry to shipment — all while maintaining our high-quality standards.

What You’ll Do\n

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements
\n
• Coordinate with operations, QC, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production flow
\n
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines
\n
• Generate purchase orders and manage all outside processing activities
\n
• Interact with the ERP system to track orders and support data entry
\n
• Assist the Quality Department with basic documentation and compliance tasks
\n

What You Bring\n

• Experience in production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment
\n
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment capabilities
\n
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
\n
• Knowledge of quality control processes and documentation
\n
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n
• Effective communicator comfortable working cross-functionally
\n
