Job Details
- Type: Temporary, full‑time
- Start: Training for 2 weeks in December, official start January 2nd
- Duration: January – May
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST
- Location: Rosemary Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL
Responsibilities
- Managing phones, emails, and front office coverage
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating conference rooms
- Booking travel and managing logistics
- Ordering snacks, supplies, and handling general office needs
- Supporting daily operations for a tight‑knit professional team
