Stonehenge American Fork is a post‑acute care facility located in UT that offers long‑term care, short‑term care, and geriatric services. We have an in‑house therapy team and excellent programs for our geriatric clientele.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders, developing care plans that meet regulatory and clinical standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment to patients, ensuring compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, modify services based on patient evaluations, and make referrals as needed.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers about speech disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries in adherence to regulatory and clinical requirements.

Qualifications

• Speech‑Language Pathologist license is required.
• Open to Speech‑Language Pathologists at all experience levels; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
