Shift: Monday - Thursday | 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Skills You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or coursework in accounting or business preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, bookkeeping, or payroll processing.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and other office software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Your Service Superpowers:
- Manage accounts payable, including processing invoices, reimbursements, and check requests.
- Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.
- Maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations.
- Record and deposit weekly offerings and other income following established procedures.
- Maintain employee and vendor files, ensuring all documentation is current and confidential.
- Provide general administrative support, including phone and email correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining calendars.
- Order and manage office supplies, maintain organized files, and support event logistics when needed.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for leadership and committees.
- Support communication efforts, including bulletins, newsletters, and announcements as needed.
