What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with the Senior Manager of Company Planning to develop and manage in-season forecasts and annual budgets for sales, margin, and inventory
Conduct top-down and bottom-up analyses of risks and opportunities for sales and margin forecasts
Lead event reporting and provide performance insights to executive leaders
Support ad-hoc financial modeling and analyses to enhance top-line growth and profitability
Act as the Chief Administrative Officer for all forecast and process calendar-related activities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Experience in inventory planning within retail, e-commerce, or similar environments
Ability to build and interpret analytical models and solve complex problems
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with financial systems like Oracle and Essbase
Strong communication skills for explaining financial concepts to diverse audiences
Experience in financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
