Supply Chain Analyst – Full‑Time | Mount Prospect, IL
Compensation This position offers a salary range of
$75,000 – $95,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications.
Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
Additional Compensation This role is not eligible for commissions, stock options, or profit sharing.

Position Summary The Supply Chain Analyst will support manufacturing operations in a regulated, batch‑production environment. This role is responsible for building and managing data pipelines, dashboards, and exception reports that drive improvements in service levels, cost efficiency, and inventory management, while maintaining compliance with cGMP standards.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain data flows from ERP (e.g., Sage 100), quality systems, and logistics platforms
Standardize and validate master data (e.g., UoM conversions, lead times, shelf life, lot/COA linkage)
Document data lineage and retention policies using SharePoint and data governance tools
Planning & Inventory Analytics
Translate demand and supply signals into MRP exception reports and inventory dashboards
Model safety stock and reorder points; monitor lead‑time accuracy
Map raw materials to intermediates and finished goods using production calendars
Logistics & Internal Transfers
Automate BOL workflows and track SLA compliance
Monitor ASN accuracy and its impact on receiving performance
Track internal transfers for cycle time, accuracy, and discrepancies
Analyze freight and expedite costs; recommend sourcing or planning adjustments
S&O&E / S&OP Support
Publish daily execution exceptions and weekly planning summaries
Conduct root‑cause analysis and track corrective actions
Automation & Tools
Build dashboards in Power BI and Excel (Power Query/Pivot)
Create Power Automate flows; write SQL and optionally Python for data transformation
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Service : OTIF/fill rate, backorders, allocation accuracy
Inventory : DOH/turns, slow/obsolete %, expiry risk exposure, master data accuracy
Execution : MRP exception resolution, supplier OTD, ASN accuracy, BOL cycle time
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus
3–6+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or planning within a manufacturing environment; experience in regulated, pharmaceutical, or CPG liquids preferred
Proficiency in Excel (Power Query), Power BI (DAX, data modeling), and SQL; experience with Sage 100
Familiarity with MRP, BOMs/routings, safety stock modeling, UoM conversions, and lot/expiry tracking
Strong communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset
