Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LAC)
Must be fully licensed – LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent.
Salary Base pay: $55.00/hr (commensurate with skills and experience).
Location Hasbrouck Heights, NJ (Hybrid) – one in-person day per week required (evenings).
Schedule Minimum 13 hrs/week (you choose how much more!).

Hybrid flexibility: work remotely with just one mandatory in‑person day per week at our beautiful Lodi office.
Flexible hours: minimum 13 hours/week, with the freedom to build your ideal caseload.
Evening & weekend clients—available if you are!
Warm, collaborative team: supervision, peer consultation, and support from people who get it.
Clients ready to grow: you’ll support clients navigating everything from anxiety & depression to trauma, parenting, life transitions, and more.
