We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer‑focused

Server

to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by providing exceptional service, accurate order‑taking, and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed.

Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and beverages.

Ensure guests’ dining experience is enjoyable by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

Take accurate food and beverage orders, input them into the POS system, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen.

Monitor tables throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction and respond to additional requests.

Input all individual orders into the POS in accordance to guest position numbers and never “auction” food upon delivery.

Serve all dishes properly with clear and concise verbiage and place each dish appropriately in front of the guests.

Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Set up and clear tables efficiently, including removing used dishes, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness.

Assist with pre‑service and post‑service duties, such as restocking supplies and polishing glassware.

Adhere to company policies regarding alcohol service and verify identification when necessary.

Able to work flexible hours, including off hours, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience as a Food Server in a high‑volume, upscale dining environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Alcohol, beer, and wine service certifications including but not limited to Court of Master Sommeliers, Certified Beer Server, Bar Smarts, WSET, etc.
