Sales Manager
to lead the Swiss team, drive growth, and strengthen our market position in the
construction and building materials
sector. Your Tasks:
Take full responsibility for the Swiss sales budget, ensuring smart growth and compliance Lead and develop a motivated team to foster performance and growth Drive revenue and margin through strategic pricing, market insights, and targeted initiatives Build partnerships, cultivate long‑term relationships with key customers and support high‑stakes negotiations Create demand by expanding our footprint through specification work and channel development in the construction industry Work closely with EMEA Sales & Marketing teams to shape offerings and launch new concepts Represent the brand at trade fairs and industry events, strengthening our market presence Drive innovation by contributing to cross‑functional and international projects Your Profile:
Preferably engineering degree with additional commercial orientation Proven leadership experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within insulation, building materials, or construction Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving growth and margin Skilled in leveraging CRM tools and data to drive sales performance and decision‑making Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑first mindset Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented approach Fluent in German and English; French is a plus Willingness to travel across Switzerland Our Offer:
