Quality Inspector I
Location: Framingham, MA 01701
Duration: Contract until August 2026 with possibility to extend
Salary: $26.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate documentation and samples received in the Quality Control laboratory in accordance with SOPs.
Data entry and filing of laboratory documentation.
Request, maintain and return logbooks used in the Quality Control Sample Management.
Perform sample receipt and disposal in the Quality Control laboratory.
Coordinate distribution of samples to other laboratories.
Clean and store laboratory glassware.
Follow accurate oral and written procedures for maintenance of laboratory systems, documentation, and samples.
Ensure laboratory data and samples are effectively maintained.
Update laboratory database and track the completion of various functions required by the Quality Control laboratory.
Work independently under general supervision and direction.
Work in compliance with CGMPs, practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications
0–3 years of experience; internship experience considered.
High School Diploma required; Higher education (BS degree) preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Experience with LIMS platforms.
Strong customer service and front‑facing role experience.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Additional Information Support three adjacent buildings onsite; free parking on site; firm start time 8:30 a.m.; 3‑week training period, Monday‑Friday, 8‑hour schedule.
Ability to work safely; reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities; potential for biohazard exposure.
