We’re looking for a results‑driven

User Acquisition Manager

to join our growing marketing team and help

scale

our mobile games to new audiences. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, tweaking and hacking user acquisition processes and campaigns across various media channels. You’ll work closely with our analytics, design, and creative teams to deliver top-performing campaigns and drive the growth of our awesome games – so even more players can

enjoy

them.

There’s a lot to do and you’ll need to stay on top of all things marketing… BUT it’ll be a fun, fast‑paced ride. And when we make it big, you’re gonna be a part of it.

In this role, you will:

Plan, set‑up and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns for our mobile titles across Meta, Google Ads, Unity Ads, Applovin, TikTok and more.

Track and analyze key campaign metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, ARPPU, etc.), spot trends and provide actionable insights that can improve campaign efficiency.

Work with attribution and analytics tools like AppsFlyer to track campaign effectiveness.

Design and execute campaign strategies, manage UA budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and pacing.

Execute A/B tests and incrementality tests to maximize campaign performance.

Collaborate with creative, product, and analytics teams to optimize ad creatives.

Keep up with mobile marketing trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations (SKAN, Privacy Sandbox, etc.).

We’re looking for a person that has:

4+ years of hands‑on experience in mobile games user acquisition – this one’s a must.

Deep, practical understanding of ad platforms like Meta, Google Ads, Applovin, Unity Ads and others – you know their systems, tools, and quirks inside out.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate, cross‑examine data from both campaigns and in‑game metrics, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Experience with mobile attribution tools like AppsFlyer.

Solid knowledge of A/B testing and optimization techniques.

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.

Good communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Up‑to‑date with mobile marketing trends and privacy updates.

Identify new channels and experimental growth opportunities for our games.

Fluent English.

Nice To Have:

Experience in mobile gaming user acquisition.

Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Tableau).

Good math and statistics skills.

Knowledge of SKAN 4.0, LAT traffic, Privacy Sandbox.

Involvement in mobile game soft launches.

Interest in creative ad production processes.

Our offer:

B2B contract.

Net B2B salary range 14,000 – 20,000 PLN.

Revenue share model – opportunity for a significant cash bonus if the product succeeds.
