AdventHealth Winter Garden is a state‑of‑the‑art hospital with 80 beds, offering a wide range of health care services, including emergency care, surgical services, lab work, primary and specialty care, imaging, spine health, women’s and men’s care, and pediatric‑friendly services, all in one convenient location. The hospital is undergoing a major expansion that will add three additional floors to the patient tower, bringing additional women’s services to West Orange County. The expansion will be completed in 2026 and will add 40 new progressive‑care units, obstetrics and gynecology facilities, and space for more operating rooms. AdventHealth Winter Garden is conveniently located in the Winter Garden Village, minutes from downtown Winter Garden and nearby Walt Disney World and other premier Orlando attractions. The Role You'll Contribute

Under general supervision, primary duties include imaging both neuro and body scans on patients from neonate to geriatric, following age‑specific guidelines and facility parameters. The CT technologist transmits images for diagnostic interpretation and maintains the hospital computer system with exam progress updates, while actively participating in outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships. Performs all exams using established protocols and follows facility policy for patient identification prior to exams. Educates patients concerning exam and screens for contrast allergies. Completes exams in a timely manner, keeps workflow moving, and minimizes empty table time. Operates all imaging equipment safely and properly, adapting protocols for all ages. Screens patients of childbearing age, minimizes radiation exposure, and practices infection control standards with approved PPE. Maintains a properly stocked, organized, and clean room; performs vendor‑required QA on CT scanners. Handles transport of pharmaceutical waste, completing required training on proper handling and disposal. Qualifications

Associate or Technical degree in a related field. At least 2 years of hospital‑based clinical radiology experience. ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists). Computed Tomography A.R.R.T. (CT) certification if required. BLS – Basic Life Support. Completion of radiologic technology training and ARRT registration.
