Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results. The Guest Service Department Manager ensures Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train staff, and keep front counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized. The Kitchen Department Manager ensures food quality, speed, safety, cost control, and training of kitchen staff. The People Department Manager handles hiring, training, scheduling, and crew motivation. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Applicants must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
