Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Information Technology and Enabling Functions
Ge Vernova invites applications for the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role. As a strategic partner, you will oversee the end‑to‑end recruiting lifecycle, develop talent acquisition strategies, influence high‑level hiring decisions and negotiate critical offers.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute hiring strategy for high‑complexity, high‑visibility roles across multiple functions.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using advanced sourcing tools and techniques.
Ensure the recruitment process is inclusive, equitable, and delivers a positive candidate experience.
Act as a subject‑matter expert in recruitment, staying current on market trends and talent availability.
Drive strategic recruitment initiatives that align with organizational goals and leadership priorities.
Lead and negotiate complex offers, ensuring alignment with business needs and market conditions.
Champion the company’s employer brand internally and externally.
Advise & Lead
Partner with senior stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations on talent acquisition strategies, market trends, and hiring needs.
Influence senior leadership on recruitment strategy, market trends, and compensation structures.
Innovate & Continuous Learning
Apply Lean methodology in daily work, use KPIs to identify continuous improvement opportunities and maintain data integrity.
Participate in projects, implement best practices, act as a change champion, and help improve the talent acquisition function.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of recruitment experience with sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, immigration support, and export control positions.
5+ years recruiting for senior level Technology, Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing and Communications roles.
Experience in change management and process implementation.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau and Workday ATS.
Desired
Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape recruitment strategy.
Strong strategic mindset and ability to think long‑term.
Advanced storytelling using data and trend information.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, especially for high‑stakes offers.
In‑depth knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks.
Experience in corporate and agency recruiting environments preferred.
Self‑starter who takes initiative to find solutions and problem‑solve.
Base pay range: $78,700 – $131,100 USD. Eligible for a 10% performance bonus. Geographic differential of 110–130% of salary in certain areas.
