Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site position at our Newport Beach office. As a Case Manager, you will oversee and coordinate all aspects of personal injury cases, ensuring seamless case progression. Responsibilities include maintaining client communication, gathering evidence, organizing medical records, and assisting attorneys with case preparation. You will also work closely with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties to facilitate case management.
Key Qualifications
Knowledge of personal injury law concepts and legal processes
Experience in case management and client advocacy
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively within a team
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus but not required
