Novant Health Cancer Institute is seeking a Benign/Classical Hematologist.
Opportunity Highlights
Non‑malignant hematology clinic located in Winston‑Salem, NC
Integrated Network Cancer Program, affiliated with the malignant hematology program
Significant referral base from primary care physicians and other specialists within the Novant Health network
Clinical position with opportunities for research if desired
Program currently has one physician provider and one advanced practice provider (APP)
Excellent support from pathology, blood bank, radiology, intensive care, and other specialist services
Novant Health has experienced substantial growth over the past five years, especially in the Cancer Institute, with continued expansion across the state
Strong emphasis on clinical research with significant investment in benign and malignant hematology, stem cell transplant, cellular therapy, and integrative medicine for patient‑centered care
Candidate Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Hematology
Experience or interest in caring for patients with hemophilia, sickle cell disease, and other bleeding disorders
Both new graduates and experienced candidates considered
Responsibilities & Duties
Provide care to patients 18+ years of age
