Additional Compensation Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives
Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Job Overview Front End Service associates focus on compliance and customer service. They greet, thank customers, process returns and refunds, and carry out financial transactions while standing for long periods.
Responsibilities Ensure compliance with Walmart policies and procedures.
Provide quality customer service and resolve customer questions.
Process returns, refunds, and complete financial transactions accurately.
Stand for long periods, maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications Mid‑Senior level experience in retail customer service or similar.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
