Base pay range
$115,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr A Senior Estimator is needed to support a diverse portfolio of commercial, education, industrial, and healthcare projects ranging from $1M to $50M. This is a full‑time, in‑office role with flexibility and a strong emphasis on quality work over clock‑watching. This is a family‑owned General Contractor based in Frederick, MD, operating as part of a larger building and construction group that has been serving the region since 1937.
