This is a full‑time, in‑office role with flexibility and a strong emphasis on quality work over clock‑watching. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a wide range of building and construction projects. This includes analyzing drawings and specifications, developing bid strategies, soliciting subcontractor pricing, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
