Role Description This is an on‑site, full‑time Senior Paralegal role within the Litigation - Antitrust practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in Washington, DC. The Senior Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of antitrust litigation and regulatory proceedings. Key responsibilities include:

Managing case files and coordinating discovery processes.

Preparing and filing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court submissions.

Conducting legal research and drafting supporting memoranda.

Liaising with vendors, monitoring case deadlines, and ensuring compliance with court and agency requirements.

Supporting court and agency interactions as necessary.

Qualifications

Strong legal research and case‑management abilities, with experience in discovery processes and deadline prioritization.

Proficiency in drafting and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court submissions.

Familiarity with litigation‑support software, document‑review platforms, and regulatory‑filing tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively on‑site, independently or as part of a team, in a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; paralegal certification is strongly preferred.

Knowledge of antitrust law or regulatory compliance matters is a plus.
