We’re looking for a dynamic
HR Business Partner
to help shape and strengthen our employee experience. This is a hands‑on, strategic HR role focused on people strategy, leadership development, and workforce planning. You’ll partner closely with field leaders and corporate partners to ensure our teams have the right talent, tools, and support to thrive.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong community and industry connections to create sustainable talent pipelines that address both immediate and future hiring needs.
Partner with leadership to forecast and deliver workforce plans that align with operational growth and market goals.
Ensure that people strategies directly support business priorities — attracting, developing, and retaining the best talent in the region.
Guide and develop leaders through coaching, feedback, and ongoing leadership development initiatives.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and orientation experiences that make new hires feel valued and set them up for success.
Use data insights to continuously refine onboarding, retention, and engagement practices.
Analyze workforce trends to reduce turnover and absenteeism while improving engagement and productivity.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, coaching, and career development.
Address workplace issues proactively and collaboratively to foster a positive and compliant work environment.
Lead or participate in key HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR service delivery.
Maintain ethical and legal compliance in all HR policies and procedures while helping leaders understand and apply them effectively.
Support engagement action planning and encourage leaders to act on feedback and survey insights.
Provide HR guidance related to labor relations and ensure consistent practices across assigned teams.
Develop and share best practices that improve efficiency and can be replicated across different markets.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist or business partner experience, including experience managing HR projects or programs.
Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or equivalent) preferred.
Proven success in recruiting and workforce planning
Experience with labor & employee relations preferred
