TITLE
Interaction Designer
DUTIES Interaction Designer will utilize his expertise in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design to define how end-users interact with Stellantis products, designing a systematic and functional foundation for product interactions and establishing User Interface (UI) standards, design hierarchy, ease of use and consistency across Stellantis products. Design world‑class digital product interface designs for various in‑vehicle applications; responsible for user‑centered design processes, utilizing technical knowledge of interaction design methods, processes, tools and best practices; work with cross‑functional teams, including HMI (Human Machine Interface), product managers, product owners and engineers, on various features, user flows and design projects; develop flow‑diagrams, wireframes, storyboards and digital prototypes to communicate designs to the team and company stakeholders; collaborate with designers, software developers and engineers to sculpt a singular, clear, and cohesive end‑user experience across the Stellantis product ecosystem.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Fine Arts, Industrial, Product or Automotive Design, or related and 5 years of experience in job offered or related position in automotive design, or related. Alternatively, Master’s degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Fine Arts, Industrial, Product or Automotive Design, or related and 3 years of experience in job offered or related position in automotive design, or related. Experience must include: creating designs from initial concept to production/implementation using Figma, Adobe Suite, 3D modeling and rendering; designing in a scalable / responsive architecture that can be used on multiple platforms; establishing UX documentation guidelines; developing both physical product and the digital user experience as one project; creating intuitive user experiences and interfaces for automotive applications; and designing user flows, animations, and interactive prototypes.
