Compunnel Inc. is seeking an experienced

ServiceNow Integration Developer

to design and implement integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP HCM, SAP Workday, SuccessFactors, Azure AD, and other third‑party applications.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with Oracle Fusion ERP HCM using REST APIs and Integration Hub

Expertise in configuring multiple LDAP feeds for foundation data import from Active Directory, managing data sources, transformations, and workflows to enable seamless exchange of vendor, employee, and financial data from external systems such as SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors, and Intune

Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, especially with Oracle Fusion, to configure APIs, security roles, and authentication using OAuth 2.0 and certificates

Experience developing and maintaining scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and App Engine Studio, building custom modules, tables, and secure APIs tailored to business needs

In‑depth knowledge of creating and managing Access Control Rules (ACLs) to ensure appropriate security and access permissions across the platform for users, roles, and data objects

Strong integration skills with third‑party applications (e.g., Azure AD Entra ID, Workday, SAP) using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth 2.0

Proven track record in automating account provisioning, updates, and off‑boarding by integrating with identity systems like Okta and on‑premises AD to enhance user lifecycle management and compliance

5 years of experience as an analyst or developer, with 4 years of hands‑on experience developing and maintaining multiple ServiceNow instances

Excellent communication skills with strong presentation and facilitation abilities

Experience building custom scoped applications and Service Portal widgets using advanced AngularJS and Bootstrap techniques

Ability to evaluate ServiceNow platform performance, isolate and debug software problems, and provide detailed documentation for the platform and items implemented

Ability to work independently and on multiple projects under pressure with strong time‑management skills

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and install technically sound solutions using ServiceNow best practices to solve complex problems and accommodate global business needs

Create and maintain business rules using advanced scripting techniques

Create, maintain, and troubleshoot complex workflows, UI policies, and security access via ACLs, scripts, roles, and conditions

Develop automated test suites with the ServiceNow test framework

Establish intricate internal and external third‑party integrations

Research and evaluate new features and functionality in future ServiceNow platform releases

Create custom reports, performance dashboards, and analytics tools

Collaborate with the development manager and product owner to package and deploy code for scheduled releases

Participate in planning, designing, installing, testing, implementing, documenting, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform

Provide ServiceNow administration, including upgrades, patches, and environment cloning

Evaluate platform performance, isolate and debug issues, and recommend problem resolution strategies

Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow and related third‑party applications used for ITSM and operations management
