team as a Registered Nurse (RN) operating at our
Froedtert Bluemound Clinic
in Wauwatosa, WI. This is a full‑time, 80% effort (32‑hour week) position on Shift 1 (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri 8 am – 4:30 pm). No weekends or holidays.
Job Summary The Staff RN – Ambulatory Clinics collaborates as an active member of the interprofessional team to provide therapeutic patient and family‑centered care. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving patient health, coordinating care across settings, educating patients and families, conducting telephone triage/eVisits, and performing or assisting with in‑clinic minor procedures. The RN may float to other areas as needed for operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Patient care coordination and direct patient care.
Patient education and family support.
Telephone triage/eVisits and other remote patient interactions.
Performing or assisting with in‑clinic minor procedures.
Floats to other clinic areas as operationally required.
Qualifications
Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license (or multi‑state NLC license).
Basic Life Support for healthcare providers (BLS) required within 90 days of hire.
Minimum one year of relevant nursing experience (clinical and/or in ambulatory settings).
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
