Base Pay Range $91,400.00/yr - $119,925.00/yr

This position is a Telecommunication Project Lead, responsible for leading technical design leadership of systems for data center buildings (structured cabling, wireless, audio/visual, and other low‑voltage systems) and ensuring projects are completed on time.
Responsibilities
Lead the BIM designers in the preparation of engineering drawings.
Create or modify DIV 27 specifications.
Conduct site visits and review technical documents.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members.
Coordinate with other disciplines, project managers, and clients.
Qualifications
Technical or associate’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum 4 years of experience actively designing or leading designs for telecommunications structured cabling systems.
Thorough knowledge of ANSI/TIA and BICSI standards.
Thorough knowledge of NFPA 70 and its application to telecommunications structured cabling systems.
Familiarity with Navisworks.
Excellent project management skills.
Experience responding to RFPs.
Experience creating and maintaining project budgets and schedules.
Experience identifying and mitigating company risk.
Credential as an RCDD or ability to attain it within one year of employment.
Preferred Additional Qualifications
Experience working on other low‑voltage systems, including security, audio/visual, and wireless.
Electrical engineering degree or related discipline.
