SPA CONSULTANT MAIN FOCUS: Providing a luxury experience for our clients, sales oriented with a consultative approach and managing Spa Operations at a Spa Consultant level. Education for IV Therapy + other services is provided but must be a main focus.

Pay: Salary ($30,000) + commission

ThrIVe Drip Spa is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Spa Consultant, who is passionate, service‑oriented, positive and efficient to be a part of our extraordinary & fast‑growing team that takes pride in its Health and Wellness culture. ThrIVe Drip Spa is a lifestyle wellness spa that specializes in IV Vitamin Therapy, Infrared Sauna, and non‑invasive aesthetic services.

Main Job Duties

Study and know all Spa services

Maintain a professional and luxurious environment in the workplace

Provide information and education to clients on Spa services

Provide a top‑tier service to clients time and again

Work in a fast‑paced environment with ease and friendliness

Ensure continued education of product knowledge to help promote sales/memberships

Closing sales and achieving quotas by adding value rather than by pushing a sale just to sell

Retain clientele by following up, checking in, and establishing real relationships

Maintain ThrIVe Drip Spa aesthetic, culture and appearance

Answer the phone with a diligent, forthcoming positive voice

Give new clients welcome spa tours for education on ALL services and familiarity with our brand

Requirements

Ability to work in/create a luxury environment

Must be a self‑starter with a passion for helping others. In other words, must be intrinsically motivated

Exercises a curiosity to learn and continue to educate oneself

Enjoys selling through educating clients about the impact of health and wellness

Leads with respect for oneself and others

Must have excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude

Work well under pressure, enjoy new challenges, growth opportunities, and want to be part of an organization that builds and promotes its people

Enjoys negotiating and working through challenges

Develop the skills required to complete the sales process

Client service experience is a must

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Must be coachable and collaborative

Strong desire to provide customers with superior support and service
