Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This dual‑role position combines recruitment responsibilities with general HR administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. You’ll play a key role in attracting top talent while also ensuring smooth day‑to‑day HR operations.
Recruiting duties:
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles (posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring)
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Draft and post job descriptions on Paylocity via Job Target
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system
Facilitate the job offer and onboarding process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Track and report on key recruiting metrics
15-20% travel required due to networking at conferences and job career events
Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks for the HR department
Maintain and update employee records and documentation
Collect and verify background checks prior to start date
Assist with company property ordering, assigning, and organizing
New Hires Orientation Training
Other HR duties as assigned
Job Schedule:
Hybrid Schedule to start, moving to full remote once completely trained
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm with some traveling on weekends
Competitive salary from $70,304 - $84,800 based on experience and location.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or similar role
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR best practices
Experience in recruiting for construction industry‑based roles
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR software (Paylocity)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
