We are seeking an experienced Analytics Core Support Specialist to join our DT Financial Analytics team. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and optimization of our core analytics infrastructure including Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) formerly OBIEE, Power BI, and Alteryx platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations of our business intelligence ecosystem while supporting end-users and maintaining data integrity across all analytics solutions. Mandatory Technical Skills
Oracle Analytics Server (OAS): 3+ years of hands-on experience with RPD administration, report development, and troubleshooting Power BI: Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Service, and Gateway configuration Alteryx: Experience with workflow development, scheduling, and Alteryx Server administration Solid understanding of SQL, experienced with SQL Client tools like DBeaver, data warehousing concepts, and relational database management Knowledge of data visualization best practices and dashboard design principles Desirable Technical Skills
Power BI, Oracle Analytics Server Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data integration tools Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Oracle Cloud) Experience with PySpark, Python programming languages Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, BatchScripts) Knowledge of data governance and security frameworks Experience with version control systems (GitHub) and knowledgeable with deployment pipelines Knowledge or familiarity with Palantir Foundry tool Job Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 technical support for Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) environments Administer and maintain Finance Power BI workspaces, dashboards, datasets, and report deployments Support Alteryx workflows, scheduling, and enhancements Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations Manage user access, security permissions, and role-based authentication across all platforms Assist business users with report development, data modeling, and dashboard creation powered on top of Redshift Database Troubleshoot data connectivity issues and resolve ETL/data pipeline problems Validate data accuracy and implement data quality checks Support ad-hoc analysis requests and custom reporting needs Document technical procedures, best practices, and system configurations Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance activities Collaborate with infrastructure teams on capacity planning and system upgrades Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements Maintain disaster recovery procedures and backup strategies Support integration projects with other enterprise systems TCS Employee Benefits Summary
