Job Title : Senior Controls Engineer
Job Type : Permanent
Job Description As a Senior Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various industrial applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and meet client specifications. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting complex control system issues and optimizing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA.
Program and configure control system components and software.
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance standards.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing control systems.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate control systems with other technologies.
Document system designs, configurations, and user manuals.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field.
Extensive experience with PLC programming, HMI design, and SCADA systems.
Proficiency in control system software such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients.
Experience in project management and leading engineering teams is a plus.
Preferred Experience
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace.
Familiarity with robotics and motion control systems.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
