About the Role As a Payroll Business Partner I servicing ADP's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solution, you will be the primary client liaison for all employer‑level concerns and will provide first‑level support predominately over the phone for several complex functional areas. It is critically important that our PEO clients remain compliant with all Federal, State, and Local employment and tax laws. You will closely monitor, evaluate, and redirect client actions to ensure compliance.
Responsibility
Act as a trusted payroll advisor and client service professional, providing timely and accurate advice around payroll compliance.
Troubleshoot client and product challenges, educate clients, and develop partnerships with stakeholders.
Build relationships with clients using phone, email, and/or chat, striving to exceed expectations.
Organize daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
Use broad expertise to help ADP's clients solve time‑sensitive issues.
Take initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes.
Educate clients and recommend best practices.
Maintain open communication with peers and internal partners.
Required Qualifications
0–1 year of client and/or service experience.
Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
College degree is great but not required. Military experience valued.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications including Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).

Compensation & Benefits Base salary offers for this position may vary... The compensation for this role is USD $16.35 – USD $33.17 / Hour.
