Must be available to work an event on November 15th and must have GiveSmart experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking customer service and technology-oriented individuals to join our team as Event Specialists in Fort Lauderdale. As an Event Specialist, you will report to the On-Site Manager and be responsible for supporting the execution of multiple fundraising elements throughout the event. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
iPad/Technology and Software Utilization.
Check-in and check-out of guests.
Digital and live auction bid support.
Data entry.
Other customer assistance.
Technology troubleshooting skills.
Customer Service.
Critical thinking.
Awareness, Focus, and Attentiveness to Onsite Manager's guidance and instruction, as well as active attendee interaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Some college education is preferred.
1 year of experience in event support, customer service, fundraising or related field.
Attire:
All Black Professional
This is a 1099 contract position with most events taking place in the Fall & Spring.
