Meet Life Sciences is partnering with a growing, oncology-focused biotech to hire a highly motivated Clinical Trial Manager to join their Clinical Operations team. Base pay range
$145,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Carlsbad, CA Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational management of
Phase I–II oncology clinical trials , ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with GCP, ICH guidelines, and company SOPs. Oversee the selection, management, and performance of CROs and clinical vendors. Develop and maintain study timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Biometrics, and Safety to ensure study milestones are achieved. Support the preparation and review of study-related documentation including protocols, investigator brochures, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports. Drive site selection, activation, and ongoing site engagement for successful enrollment and data collection. Monitor study progress, identify issues, and proactively implement corrective actions. Provide operational input into clinical strategy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the clinical operations function. Qualifications
5+ years of clinical operations experience , with at least 1 years as a Clinical Trial Manager with previous trial lead experience. Previous oncology experience is required , with demonstrated success managing
early-phase studies in solid tumor indications . Previous biotech industry experience is required ; small or mid-size biotech experience strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage CROs, vendors, and global clinical sites. Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and applicable regulatory requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working independently and in a dynamic, fast-evolving biotech setting. Seniority level
