Job Description Crowe Global is transforming the management and delivery of its global restricted list, global independence checks, and global conflict checks, which are currently managed through the network’s own built Member Portal. The organization is implementing a new technology platform and designing a new operating model to drive this transformation. The platform will hold global restricted list data and facilitate the origination of and response to negative and positive global independence checks and conflict of interest checks. It will apply appropriate regulatory rules and professional standards (e.g., IESBA, SEC, UK) configured for Crowe Global policies, to entities. Efficient data access will enable member firms and personnel to determine potential conflicts or threats to independence. As Project Manager, you will coordinate and deliver this large‑scale, multi‑year, cross‑border, global strategic initiative. You will develop and manage the overall work plan, schedule, resource requirements, and budget variances, advocate for transparency, operational improvement, and alignment, consistency, prioritization, and accountability throughout the initiative.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Program Director and stakeholders to transition a project from Initiate to Planning, through Execution, Control, and Close phases.
Collaborate on project transition to ongoing operations with Product Ownership.
Initiation and Planning for the Conflict Checking phase:
Establish project collaboration content (Team SharePoint site and ADO).
Develop project approach, project backlog, WBS, budget, schedule, and non‑functional requirements.
Work with Program Sponsor, Business Analyst, Data Specialist, and Global Conflict Solution Leader to finalize requirements, initial backlog items, and baseline estimate.
Create risk mitigation, change control, communication, and quality assurance plans.
Coordinate and facilitate the Conflict Checking Project Kick‑off Meeting.
Execution and Control:
Implement and monitor project execution, plan, schedule, product delivery, and acceptance.
Manage project issues, risk mitigation, change, communication, and quality assurance plans.
Allocate project resources, manage vendor(s) and contract(s).
Track and resolve issues, monitor budget, prepare status reports, manage scope, schedule, and change requests.
Promote team collaboration, conduct daily standups, core team meetings, and executive updates.
Leverage Change Management content for training and communication plans.
Ensure thorough testing and obtain sign‑off before moving to production.
Publish acceptance, completion, deployment, and closure requirements.
Obtain approval before Go‑Live status.
Close/Transition into Product Ownership:
Ensure transition of outputs into Product Management with established governance.
Obtain formal project acceptance from the sponsor.
Prepare documentation, facilitate closure, lessons learned, and archiving.
Provide performance feedback to the team.
Off‑board onboarded consultants upon completion.
Commitment
Time Commitment: 100%
Target Start Date: no later than January 2026
Expected Duration: 18 months
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in cloud SaaS ERP implementations (e.g., Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, SAP S/4).
Minimum 5 years of results‑oriented project management, detail‑oriented, disciplined planning and organization.
Minimum 5 years of relationship management, customer focus, high‑level communication, win‑win approach, C‑suite stakeholder engagement, and conflict resolution.
Minimum 5 years of team building and facilitating group objectives.
Minimum 5 years of operating in agile, adaptable roles, knowledge of process improvement techniques, and ability to develop improvement action plans.
Minimum 3 years of experience with project performance metrics, change management, and requirements gathering.
Requirements
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, or willingness to obtain PMP within first 12 months, or at least seven years of project management experience.
Five years of relevant IT project management experience.
Experience on international projects across time zones and local customs is a plus.
Global travel may be required.
Availability to work after hours to support global time zones.
