Overview This role is responsible for accurately executing Compensation Administration processes and programs for the ADUSA Brands. Plans and implements compensation processes and procedures through support of configuration of HR systems and is the subject matter expert for the HR Business Partners.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
Responsibilities
Is a recognized expert in all aspects of compensation programs, processes, and systems for the company.
Ensures timely, practical and accurate execution of US compensation planning cycle, project management, administration and compliance for merit/wage programs, short and long-term incentive programs.
Performs moderately complex configuration testing and tasks for maintaining systems used by the Compensation Administration team for all programs.
Creates and maintains effective department documented work processes that ensure clarity and accuracy of work being performed.
Collaborates and partners to ensure proposed plan design can be effectively managed under existing system design/constraints for all supported programs.
Serves as a project lead and/or subject matter expert, for compensation projects involving functional business areas, HR Technology, and IT.
Develops and delivers training to HR teams on compensation processes and systems.
Merit & Wage Programs: Manages systems and data integrity enabling execution of annual merit and wage program activities. Delivers and executes annual process.
Short-Term Incentive: Manages systems and data integrity necessary to calculate short-term incentive awards and/or prepare and maintains accruals. Delivers and executes annual process and quarterly accruals.
Long Term Incentive: Maintains accurate data enabling execution of annual long-term incentive share grant and vesting activities. Manages both vendor and internal systems. Delivers and executes annual process.
Supports Company goals of continuous improvement and operational excellence at strategic and tactical levels including reviewing area of responsibility for improvement opportunities, initiates projects or communicates ideas to management as well as actively participates on project teams.
Requirements
Able to respond to inquiries using existing resources.
Ability to perform basic analytical tasks related to comparing data files and determining potential errors or omissions within the data stream.
Ability to interpret customer requests and be able to respond appropriately.
Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Provides support to the compensation administration team related to program execution and system processes.
Supports established project plans.
Ability to perform moderately complex assigned for maintaining systems used by the Compensation Administration team.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
3+ years' previous HR or Compensation experience.
MS Office experience especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Access & Power BI. Preferred; Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors HR system and PeopleFluent or similar platforms.
Written and spoken communication.
Strong Analytic skills.
Attention to detail.

Able to handle multiple priorities.

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD/NY Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
