Job Summary General Managers lead their teams in providing an exceptional Southern hospitality experience for guests. They develop and drive traffic, sales and profitability while maintaining a customer‑centric culture and outstanding guest and employee experiences.
Essential Duties People
Actively seek growth opportunities or assignments for development
Communicate effectively and timely with all guests, internal and external
Takes an active role with all new team members
Subject matter expert and adherence to all systems and processes
Effectively demonstrates the Cultural Principles in every interaction
Performance
Subject matter expert and adherence to all systems and processes (including BoFood and BoLabor)
Upholds standards and takes corrective action when standards are not being met
Empowers team members to maintain WOW guest service with every interaction
Reduces R&M through proper manager walks, process execution, and timely escalation of opportunities
Engages and fosters external community relationships to include recruitment and sales growth (e.g., digital platforms and catering)
Profit
Ability to increase same‑store growth through sales and guest counts
Understands the restaurant P&L results
Understands how quality, service, and cleanliness impact sales
Actively participates in inventory management
Demonstrates and upholds all safety and security standards
Engages in all LTO throughout the LTO life cycle (including training and POP by deadlines)
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ management experience
18 years or older
Able to read, write and speak English
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Available to work any shift, 7 days a week, with a required 50‑hour work week
Prior supervisory experience with a coaching mindset
Prior onboarding experience with employees at all levels
Prior Microsoft Office experience
Prior cash handling and bank deposit experience
Ability to multi‑task and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to bend, stand, kneel frequently while lifting 25+ lbs
