Business Development / Sales Executive (Low-Code Solutions focused on Investigative Case Management & Justice Programs) About Us: BlueGenAI specializes in implementing low-code platforms for public sector organizations–federal and state—helping government agencies modernize their workflows through AI-driven solutions. We are seeking a Business Development and Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and expand our footprint, with a specific focus on law enforcement, criminal justice, and investigative case management domains. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or government technology sales, business development, or enterprise SaaS sales, with a strong understanding of law enforcement, criminal justice, investigative case management and public sector procurement. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Execution:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in investigative case management, justice, and law enforcement programs within federal and state government agencies. Develop and execute sales strategies to expand BlueGenAI’s presence in the public sector case management technology market. Meet or exceed sales targets by driving lead generation, pipeline growth, and deal closures.

Software Demonstration & Presentation:

Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations of BlueGenAI’s low-code solutions for investigative case management. Clearly articulate product value propositions and technical capabilities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tailor demos to align with agency-specific needs, workflows, and challenges. Address client questions and objections in real-time, ensuring confidence in our solutions.

Government Contracting & Proposal Management:

Navigate and respond to RFIs, RFPs, and government procurement processes, particularly in justice and law enforcement technology solutions. Work with internal teams to develop competitive proposals and pricing strategies for government contracts related to investigative case management. Establish relationships with key decision-makers, procurement officers, and agency leaders in law enforcement and justice programs.

Partnership & Relationship Building:

Cultivate relationships with prime contractors, system integrators, and technology partners to expand BlueGenAI’s reach in the justice and law enforcement technology space. Build long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and future growth opportunities. Attend government and industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows focused on investigative case management and public safety technology.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

Work closely with delivery, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and solutions. Provide feedback on product‑market fit and help shape BlueGenAI’s go‑to‑market strategy for investigative case management solutions.

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in public sector, SaaS, or law enforcement technology sales. Proven success in selling software solutions, low‑code platforms, or investigative case management systems to justice and law enforcement agencies. Strong understanding of government procurement cycles, contract vehicles, and sales processes, particularly in public safety, law enforcement, and justice. Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and government bids for criminal justice, investigations, and case management solutions. Ability to develop strategic partnerships with government agencies, law enforcement officials, and system integrators. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets. Preferred Skills: Experience working with low‑code platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, or Tyler Technologies). Knowledge of government contract vehicles (GSA schedules, IDIQs, BPAs, etc.). Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation software.
