Our client is currently seeking a qualified Desktop Support Technician to join their team onsite in Atlanta, GA. This is a 90‑day contract‑to‑hire opportunity. Schedule is Monday‑Friday, 8:30 - 5:30 EST daily.
Duties and Responsibilities
Managing the day‑to‑day technology requirements of an office of 140+ associates
Desktop and laptop support (Windows & macOS)
Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting, including Exchange, AD, and Intune
ServiceNow ticketing and ITSM workflow management
Asset and inventory management of onsite depot and remote resolution support as available
Work with remote support tools and field service operations
Skills and Qualifications
Experienced IT professional, providing comprehensive onsite desktop support across campus environments
Skilled in inventory management, hardware and software troubleshooting and remediation, and user support for Microsoft environments using both Apple Mac, Dell, and Lenovo hardware (Windows OS, Office 365, Teams, Intune, and Active Directory)
Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring positive end‑user experiences and efficient issue resolution
Agile and adaptable in both onsite and remote work settings, leveraging ServiceNow for ticket management, incident tracking, and resolution
Proficient in remote support tools and on‑premises troubleshooting to maintain seamless technology operations across multiple locations
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Flexible and dependable in hybrid work environments
A+ certification is a plus, and experience in hardware remediation
Wage Range The hourly rate for this position is between $17.25 and $25.30 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
