Director of Acquisitions | Talent, M&A, Special Projects No More Prospecting. Just Performance.

Alloy Wealth Management has built one of the most aggressive marketing engines in the Carolinas. We invest heavily in television, radio, and digital campaigns to fill your calendar with qualified inbound prospects who are already requesting meetings.

We are hiring a proven Financial Advisor in Greenville, SC, whose sole focus is to convert this exclusive, firm-generated lead flow—not create it.

This is a role for a proven closer. It is for the advisor who is tired of the prospecting grind and wants to dedicate 100% of their time to what they do best: building trust, delivering holistic plans, and closing new business. You will be backed by a full-stack operations, paraplanning, and client service team, liberating you from administrative burdens to maximize your client-facing time and income.

If you are a disciplined, high-integrity advisor who thrives on converting opportunities and is fluent in retirement planning (AUM, FIAs, and Life), this is your opportunity to build a multi-million dollar practice without making a single cold call.

Core Responsibilities

Convert a consistent pipeline of firm-generated, pre-qualified leads into long-term clients.

Conduct comprehensive discovery and present holistic retirement plans (AUM, FIA, Life).

Serve as the lead relationship manager, diagnosing complex financial needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Confidently guide pre-retirees (ages 55-75) through complex financial decisions.

Close new client relationships and gather assets (fee-based AUM and annuities).

Collaborate with internal operations teams for seamless, white-glove client onboarding.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Active Series 65 or Series 66 license.

Active SC Life Insurance license.

2+ years of direct, client-facing financial advisory experience.

A proven, verifiable track record of converting prospects and closing new business.

Impeccable compliance record and absolute commitment to a fiduciary standard.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and comfort with Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIAs).

Proficiency with CRM and financial planning software.

Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.

Full back-office, paraplanning, and compliance support.

Access to a cutting-edge marketing and technology stack.
