Job Description Job description: Location: Primarily Remote (must attend client meetings and court hearings in Marshall County, Indiana, and surrounding areas) Compensation: Base pay of $15,080 yearly + 60% of collected fees on cases you originate and handle. What You’ll Do Take ownership of contested family‑law cases from intake to resolution. Conduct client consultations and meetings (remote or in‑person as required). Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials in Marshall County and nearby courts. Develop and maintain strong client relationships while growing your own caseload. Leverage firm resources, branding, and support to enhance your practice. Why This Role is Unique Work remotely

At least 1 year of litigation experience; family‑law experience strongly preferred. Comfortable handling contested matters and court appearances independently. Strong written and oral advocacy skills. Self‑motivated, organized, and professional. Excited about growing a caseload and adding value to an established law firm.
