We are currently seeking a Sales Hunter - BPS/BPO Hi-Tech & Professional Services (US/ North America) to join our team in Plano, Texas (US‑TX), United States (US).
Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Hunter to spearhead new business development across the Hi‑Tech and Professional Services verticals in North America. You will craft and execute a targeted go‑to‑market strategy, engage C‑suite executives, and drive large‑scale deals for next‑generation finance transformation, digital outsourcing and AI‑enabled business process services. Your remit spans software/technology platforms, cloud services, consulting firms, digital agencies and professional services organisations – particularly where finance transformation is at the core.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end new‑business acquisition within the Hi‑Tech & Professional Services segment, targeting software, cloud, and consulting firms adopting service‑as‑software models to transform their operating and revenue structures.
Lead the full sales cycle: build and maintain a robust pipeline, engage at senior executive level, develop and present a compelling value proposition, negotiate and close complex multi‑million service contracts.
Sell advanced BPAS/BPS solutions and next‑gen AI/Analytics/Automation offerings into professional services/hi‑tech clients.
Develop solution‑led value propositions leveraging deep domain knowledge of F&A and professional services business models.
Design and execute account‑opening strategies across North America.
Partner with internal teams to shape winning proposals and ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery.
Manage sales pipeline, maintain CRM system, produce monthly/quarterly forecast and sales reports.
Stay abreast of market trends and use this insight to inform service‑offering design.
Travel domestically (and occasionally internationally) to meet prospects and attend industry events.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
~15+ years of B2B sales leadership experience, including ~5‑10 years focused on F&A outsourcing, BPS/digital finance/analytics, or AI‑enabled services targeting large enterprise professional‑services or hi‑tech organisations.
Proven track record of hunting new business and closing multi‑million‑dollar deals in the U.S./North America.
Deep understanding of Finance & Accounting processes and how technology is disrupting them.
~5 years of experience selling into or working in organisations offering outsourcing/BPS/shared‑services.
~10 years of experience in consultative solution selling, negotiating contracts, and influencing senior stakeholders at C‑level.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Self‑starter, resilient “hunter” mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets.
Willing and able to travel as required across North America (and occasionally globally).
Desired / Plus Factors
Experience selling into FinTech, SaaS, cloud and professional services domains.
Familiarity with large‑scale outsourcing/BPS deals (US $10M+).
Experience working with next‑gen AI/Generative AI platforms in finance.
Experience in or selling to organisations with global delivery‑centres.
Existing network of senior finance/technology executives.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $170,600 - $283,00 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally‑required benefits.
