Senior Manager, Creative - Associate Creative Director (Design & Art Direction) Brand Campaigns, Services This role is based in

and is part of Walmart Creative Studio (WCS), the in‑house creative agency for Walmart. You will develop breakthrough omnichannel brand design systems that drive business objectives while keeping Walmart’s brand relevant in culture.

Base pay range:

$108,000 – $216,000 per year.

Position Summary:

The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will support WCS in concept through execution for marketing, brand, and seasonal campaigns that translate across multiple channels, including 360 full‑funnel paid, social, digital, email, site, print and in‑store. The ACD will partner with an ACD (Copy) and the Creative Director to translate overarching marketing strategy into 360‑funnel campaign execution. The focus will be on services campaigns (Express delivery & Subscriptions) with flexibility to work on other projects as needed.

Overview In a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment, you will ideate, create, and execute 360 campaign creative across all channels. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, ops, integrated strategy, and external agencies to ensure creative cohesion at every touchpoint, while also leading and mentoring mid‑level creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate to ideate, create, and execute 360 campaign creative across paid and owned channels.

Build trust and effective relationships with key partners in a large, highly matrixed organization.

Develop creative leadership and marketing pitch decks to gain alignment and set the team up for success.

Manage projects, growth, and development of mid and junior‑level creatives.

Self‑directed and critical thinker; pursue ways to work better and faster.

Ensure projects remain on‑brief, on‑brand, and are delivered on time.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, culture, and consumer behaviors to inform creative decisions.

Maintain high standards of quality and craft throughout the conceptual and execution process.

Attend and oversee production shoots as needed.

Design assets and brand campaigns as required.

Manage team and high‑profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in a professional advertising agency, with at least 3 years of management experience.

Exceptional portfolio featuring big campaign ideas across full‑funnel TV/Video, social, digital, experiential & print.

Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and collaboration tools (Slack, Google Slides).

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Clear articulation of vision and contextual feedback.

Organized with diligent follow‑through on every task.

Excellent written, communication and presentation skills.

Reporting Reports to Creative Director, Services, Brand Campaigns.
