Responsibilities
Review and format technical accounting and audit reports and templates for clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
Handle administrative production of reports, including distribution and cataloging of Audit Division publications.
Perform daily administrative functions and support the ongoing work of the division and office.
Minimum Qualifications
Ability to communicate in various formats with tact and diplomacy.
Proficiency in business grammar, spelling, and punctuation for writing, developing, and editing documents.
Customer‑service skills for providing prompt and accurate information over the phone and in person.
Typing/keyboarding skills in Microsoft Word to draft letters, memos, and reports.
Experience using Microsoft spreadsheet applications to enter, compile, store, and retrieve data.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in an office‑administrative capacity.
Experience in an auditing or finance setting.
Knowledge of accessibility formatting in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work seated or standing for extended periods.
Ability to use a keyboard for extended periods, including repetitive motion.
Additional Requirements
