Our Client, a well established technology company in West Palm Beach is looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Operations Manager to be a leader within their organization.
Compensation This position will pay between 130-150K depending upon experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
8+ years of progressive HR Operations Experience
Strong Experience with payroll and benefits administration
Experience handling both multi-state and international HR Operations
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Strong leadership skills with a background in process improvement (including HRIS Systems)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
