About the Role As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead full‑cycle recruitment for strategic G&A, Product, and Commercial roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, designing and executing recruiting strategies that bring exceptional talent to the organization. You will also play a key role in optimizing recruitment processes, improving candidate experience, and elevating our employer brand.
Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid to senior‑level positions across multiple functions
Partner with hiring managers and People Partners to understand headcount needs and develop sourcing strategies
Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking
Drive inclusive hiring practices and ensure a diverse candidate slate
Manage candidate communications and provide a best‑in‑class experience
Collaborate with People Ops to maintain accurate reporting and ATS documentation
Represent Iterative Health at events and through digital channels to enhance brand awareness
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
5+ years of recruiting experience, with exposure to G&A, Product, or Commercial hiring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
Proactive, hands‑on mindset with strong operational capability
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in high‑growth or startup environments
Background in healthcare, life sciences, or tech sectors
