Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Clé de Peau Beauté Marketing team across all stages of the marketing lifecycle to achieve brand objectives, maximize growth potential in the US market, and deliver a high‑touch client experience at all omni‑channel touchpoints.
Brand Marketing Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and market share.
Support the planning and execution of new product launches and marketing initiatives in the US market.
Support the development and production of seasonal gift sets and GWPs.
Drive creative briefs for marketing materials including seasonal gift sets, GWPs, digital content, print assets, visual merchandising and event collateral.
Conduct competitive analysis on product assortment and pricing to inform positioning strategies.
Channel Marketing Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of marketing plans and product launches at retail partners, including sampling, merchandising and promotional activities.
Maintain marketing calendars, intake forms, new product submission forms and activation plans.
Own Retailer.com PDP asset and copy distribution for all new launches and routine updates across all accounts.
Drive creative briefs for any R.com exposures or PDPs, including co‑op, branded GWPs and locally produced or programmed elements.
Ensure COM best practices are followed within retailer.com sites and present findings and recommendations for marketing, sales and retailer contacts.
Develop, maintain, and recap marketing calendar for each retailer site, including co‑op exposures, brand boutique banners, product launches, emails and sampling initiatives.
Perform weekly audits to track all mentions, activities, and placements of competitors and CPB across all retailer.com accounts.
Other Responsibilities
Assist in marketing presentations and meeting preparation.
Develop agenda, schedule, and own routine status with sales and monthly (or as needed) calls with all retailers.
Help with routine shipping, tracking, and processing intake forms for all retailer samples used for marketing exposures, photoshoots and online placements.
Support product closet maintenance by checking inventory and ordering new products as needed.
Undertake special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required.
Up to 2 years of marketing experience in beauty, retail or luxury environment; related experience in sales, merchandising, events or digital is a plus.
Exceptional administrative, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, resourceful self‑starter who executes with a strong sense of urgency and can manage multiple deadlines with speed and accuracy.
Curious with a strong interest in the consumer, cultural diversity, industry trends, enthusiasm and passion.
Big‑picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail and impeccable follow‑through and time‑management skills.
Extremely organized, capable of multi‑tasking, prioritizing and managing complex changing priorities.
Proactive, energetic, flexible and positive team‑oriented attitude with ability to work with internal cross‑functional departments or external retailers and media agencies.
Willingness to be hands‑on with routine store visits, evening global calls and in‑person event preparation and/or participation.
Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sharepoint skills.
Passionate knowledge of current beauty marketing trends, media industry news, competitive marketplace and retail innovation.
