Sales Manager System Gastronomy Switzerland (f/m/d) LOOKING FOR
Tasks
Market Analysis & Target Group Understanding: Identification of needs and requirements in the system catering sector (e.g. large canteens, catering services, hospitals, company restaurants).
Concept Development & Optimization: Development of innovative, standardized food concepts (e.g. soup bases, sauces, ready‑to‑use components) that are easy to prepare and remain stable over time.
Collaboration with Product Development and Production: Close cooperation with product development and production to ensure product quality, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness.
Designing Customer‑Oriented Solutions: Development of application concepts focused on ease of use and consistent quality in large‑scale kitchens.
Project Management: Management of development projects from idea to market launch, including time and resource planning.
Sales Support & Training: Support for the sales team through product knowledge, application training, and promotional materials.
Competitive Monitoring & Trend Scouting: Observation of market trends and competitors to continuously evolve the product portfolio.
Skills
Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
Deep understanding of the food service market and current trends in the Swiss market
Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer requirements
Strong customer orientation and sensitivity to market needs
Analytical thinking and structured working approach
Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation in developing new product ideas
Strong communication skills and team spirit
Initiative, sense of responsibility, and execution strength
Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of French is considered beneficial
