Job Summary The Research Associate III will perform research, development, and laboratory experimentation to support scientific and manufacturing projects. This role involves designing, executing, and interpreting experiments, preparing technical reports, and contributing to overall project strategies. The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise, hands‑on lab experience, and a strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and Design Control standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute complex experimental protocols independently.

Conduct bench experiments, record detailed observations, and analyze results.

Prepare comprehensive technical reports, data summaries, and analyses.

Identify and implement improvements to laboratory processes and workflows.

Collaborate on cross‑functional technical teams for investigations and development efforts.

Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor to junior team members.

Troubleshoot experimental challenges and implement corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and company quality standards.

Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records and documentation.

Promote a culture of “Quality First Time” in all research and development activities.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field).

Experience:

Minimum 4 years of relevant hands‑on laboratory or research experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics environments.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in a wide range of experimental and analytical techniques.

Strong documentation, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Skilled in Microsoft Office and scientific software applications.

Ability to search, interpret, and apply scientific literature effectively.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.

Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.

High attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
