Responsibilities
Prepare analysis and manage market appointments as well as monitor shipping and selling of the product.
Present in Weekly Selling Meeting for accounts managed.
Pull & compile hindsight data on request.
Attend Line Presentation & Break–out session with team.
Present collection to accounts managed, building assortments that support strategies and elevate the brand.
Assist the team with all market appointments as needed (e.g., management walk‑throughs), providing support and coordination alongside the Senior Sales Executive.
Serve as the point person for order entry for all accounts during market and coordinate with production and operations teams.
Communicate discrepancies / rectifications directly with accounts.
Work closely with Production and Operations team to update PO's as needed, communicating revised delivery dates, costing, or quantities.
Update open order report daily; elevate issues around late deliveries and secure extensions as appropriate.
Monitor selling for re‑order and chase opportunities, maximizing replenishment of core programs by account.
Work with VP to sell off aged inventory in a timely manner 1× a month.
Responsible for monthly LE review for accounts managed.
Secure OTB from accounts monthly and review with Planning Manager.
Track sales orders to accurately forecast monthly sales.
Build strong working relationship with immediate team, start developing internal cross‑functional relationships with production, allocation, and merch teams.
Externally communicate with merchants, planners, and compliance teams.
Have 2–4 years of wholesale experience in the fashion or beauty industry.
Strong command of Excel functions, formulas, V‑lookup/pivot tables, Retail Math.
Experience with SAP, AirTable, or PLM is a plus.
Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skills.
Ability to establish strong relationships with wholesale partners as well as internal partners.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Salary Range $65,000 – $75,000
