Job Overview
Our customer is migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and has a backlog of desktop support requests. We need Desktop Support Technicians to help with the migration and ongoing desktop support needs. These are contract roles through the end of March with a likelihood of extension.
Responsibilities
Provide end‑user support for Windows 10/11 migration tickets across clinical and operational environments.
Respond to tickets generated from the migration process.
Deploy hardware, imaging devices, and perform level 1–2 technical support.
Use a ticketing system to manage and resolve incidents.
Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of recent Desktop experience supporting a Windows 10 or Windows 11 environment.
Proficient in troubleshooting, hardware, Active Directory, and customer service.
Technical support and image deployment experience.
CompTIA, Windows certification or CompTIA A+ are strong pluses.
