Job Title: 2nd Shift Cleanroom Technician
A leading supplier of surgical one‑time‑use items, instruments, and kits for hospitals and healthcare product manufacturers is seeking a Cleanroom Technician Assembler to work on their production line. The position is on the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for overtime on weekdays or Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Count, cut, measure, fold, or otherwise modify raw materials as per directions found in the Device Master Record, and complete necessary inspections and documentation of quantities, control numbers, and other requirements per QS & GMP policy.
Perform on‑line inspections of each device as it is produced and report problems to the Production Supervisor for disposition.
Seal products in final packaging configurations, ensuring procedures and machine settings for the sealer are followed properly.
Prepare packaged work in progress for sterilization and complete necessary documentation and control numbers per QS & GMP.
Maintain proper inventory control procedures including product staging, segregation, and rotation.
Perform and document scheduled facility cleaning per QS.
Understand and conform to proper Clean Room etiquette.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the Production Supervisor.
Communicate and work well with production, purchasing, quality, and management in accomplishing assigned goals and objectives.
Meet objectives of the quality management system and recommend improvements as needed.
Essential Skills
General production skills in a cleanroom setting
Experience in medical device or medical assembly
Ability to operate basic production equipment
Strong attention to detail and motivation to work
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Preferred one year of experience in cleanroom, medical assembly, or warehouse
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
Proven team leader capabilities
Basic English proficiency to read work orders and communicate with auditors/supervisors
Comfortable in a Spanish‑only environment for tenured employees

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 – $17.50/hr.
